For a student to enroll in Shadow Mountain Baptist School, the following process will need to be completed:
An application form must be submitted along with a $100 non-refundable application fee (new students only).

Entrance Testing (new students only)
New students will be required to take an entrance test to determine grade level entry.
Final registration steps will be processed and financial arrangements will be finalized. Your registration fee ($400 non-refundable, $200 during the month of February) will be due at this time.
The following paperwork will be needed to complete your child’s file prior to the beginning of the school year:
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Report of health examination for school entry to be filled out by their physician (for first-eighth grade students)
- Emergency medical information form (download and print the Emergency Medical Information form here)
- Transfer of records approval (from previous school)
*Students entering K4 must turn four on or before December 1st.
*Students entering Kindergarten must turn five on or before December 1st.
